*Important Booking Information:*

- After completing the booking process, our customer service will provide you with the driver's contact number and license plate one day before departure, before 5:00 PM. Please check your email and messages for notifications.

- After completing the booking process, the driver will contact you proactively one day before departure, before 9:00 PM.

- Please depart on time at the scheduled time to avoid any delays. If you depart more than one hour late, the itinerary will start as originally planned.

- Some tourist spots in Taiwan may have sudden traffic control due to daily crowd conditions. In such cases, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.

- On the day of departure, the itinerary listed above is for reference only. The actual itinerary will be adjusted by the driver based on traffic conditions, weather factors, and the time spent at each attraction. The driver will discuss any adjustments with you.

- Taiwan's summers can be extremely hot. Please bring sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and stay hydrated.

- Pets are not allowed on the tour. If any pets are brought along, we reserve the right to cancel the itinerary without a refund.

- There is limited availability for luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Please contact our customer service before booking. Haplay Tour reserves the right to change or cancel orders. (Vehicle availability is based on the vehicles available on the day of the tour, and we do not provide specific vehicle preferences.)

- For special holiday periods, including national holidays, the Chinese New Year, and other special holidays, please consult with our travel planner for pricing. If you book without confirming availability during these periods and the tour is fully booked or the actual tour cost differs, you will be responsible for the refund processing fee or the cost difference.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation with one week or more notice before departure: 10% handling fee will be charged.

Cancellation with less than one week notice but more than 24 hours before departure: 50% refund will be provided, compensating for the costs related to the reserved vehicle and driver dispatch.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before departure: No refund will be issued, compensating for the costs related to the reserved vehicle and driver dispatch.

If the cancellation is due to reasons on the company's end:

A full refund will be provided to the customer.

In case of illness on the day of departure (with a doctor's certificate as proof), a 10% handling fee will be charged.

Accommodation refunds will follow the policies of the accommodation provider. Please consult with our customer service in advance and consider this when making your reservations.
