- To book the pick-up and drop-off service, please be sure to fill in the flight information in the remarks column for flight tracking.
- After completing the booking process, the customer service will inform the driver's phone and car plate before 5 pm the day before departure. Please check your e-mail and message notification.
- If the pick-up/drop-off time is over, the waiting fee will be charged.
- If pick up sign or child seat is required, please fill in the remarks column when making reservation, NTD 100 additional fees will be charged.
- Children under 4 years old are required for child seat according to Taiwan laws. If you refuse to take a ride, the driver has the right to cancel the ride.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any special baggage. We have the right to cancel the ride without refund if you have not inform in advance
- Please inform us if the baggage contains fragile goods/precious items. Please pack and keep it well. We will not be responsible of any damage or loss.
- Any illegal and prohibited items such as drug, etc. are restricted. In case of passengers carrying their own, the passengers will be taking the relevant legal criminal responsibility .
- No pets allowed, otherwise Haplay Tour has the right to cancel the itinerary and the payment is non-refundable.

※Waiting time fees:
- The maximum waiting time for pick-up is 60 minutes after the flight arrival. If it is more than 60 minutes, please call us and NTD 500 waiting fee will be charged, for more 60 mins. Non-refundable if the extra 60 mins waiting time is over and we can't contact you. (*Flight delay is exceptional .)
- The flight arrival time will be based on the Taoyuan Airport official website.
- The maximum waiting time for drop off is 30 minutes. It is subject to the driver's itinerary. From the 31st minute onwards, the hourly fee NTD500 will be charged, less than one hour is calculated in one hour.

-10% administration fees will be charged for cancellation in one week and one week above before the tour commencement.
- 50% administration fees will be charged for cancellation within one week before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.
- Non-refundable for cancellation within 24 hours before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.

* In the event of the company's inability to complete the itinerary:
- Full refund.
- If you fall to sick on the day, please provide your medical certificate for inspection and 10% of the administration fees will be charged.

- Accommodation cancellation is based on the accommodation‘s stipulated refund policy, please consider your own discretion and confirm with the customer service in advance.
