Meeting place and time:
- Feng Chia University McDonald 1F: 08:30AM
- Zhongxin Hotel (next to Taichung Railway Station): 09:00AM
- Taichung High Speed Rail: 09:30AM

- This is a carpool transfer. Please contact customer service before ordering to confirm if there is a parking space.
- This is a carpool transfer, please arrive at the designated meeting place on time.
- If there is a traffic jam in the urban area during the departure time, there will be a 10-20 minute delay, which is normal traffic conditions.
- Some homestays zre not available for pick up and drop off service, please confirm with customer service first.

Precautions

Important notes before booking:
- H-Point cannot be used in this itinerary.
- This is a carpool trip. Please contact customer service before ordering to confirm seat availbility.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting place on time. Please follow the driver's instructions during the tour and the stay time of each attraction.
- We welcome travelers who want to travel with their kids and please inform us in advance.

Important notes of departure:
- Once the booking process has been completed, our customer service representative will contact the travelers for the driver's details at 1800-2100 the day before departure. If you have not received any information after 2100, please contact us.
- In case of any heavy traffic control due to the unexpected crowd, travelers may have to take the shuttle bus or other transportations at their own expense.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, unexpected weather, traffic, a new itinerary will be rescheduled and rearranged by travellers and driver.
- Please prepare your own sunblock, umbrella and drinking water during the summer season.
- No pets allowed, otherwise we have the right to cancel the itinerary and non refundable.

Refund

10% administration fees will be charged for cancellation in one week and one week above before the tour commencement.
- 50% administration fees will be charged for cancellation within one week before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.
- Non-refundable for cancellation within 24 hours before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.

* In the event of the company's inability to complete the itinerary:
- Full refund.
- If you fall to sick on the day, please provide your medical certificate for inspection and 10% of the administration fees will be charged.

- Accommodation cancellation is based on the accommodation‘s stipulated refund policy, please consider your own discretion and confirm with the customer service in advance.
