Cost not Included：

Additional charges apply to the Suao area. Other additional services: Car seat. Car seat/booster cushion $NT$200/item. Reversible car seat $NT$300/item. Luggage carrying upstairs. Advance notice is required if you require help from a skilled person. $100/item. Third floor (inclusive) and above $200!!! (Drivers only handle the steering wheel, not movers.) If they are too heavy, please pay extra to strengthen them!!!)

Sign-holding service
For foreign guests who are unable to contact us directly or whose relatives dont have Taiwanese contact information, you can use a sign-holding service.
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM: $200, $300 at other times.

Effective May 5th, the Taoyuan Airport Parking Management Office has removed the 30-minute free parking limit. Consequently, there has been a TWD100 increase in airport pickup fees.

Our pricing is subject to change based on the overall usage of our services. Therefore, prices are flexible.

For bookings with shorter lead times, such as same-day or next-day requests, there may be additional last-minute scheduling fees.

We kindly request our valued clients to make reservations in advance. Once the reservation form is completed, the pricing will be based on the reservation form.

The pricing table above serves as a reference, and the following circumstances may incur additional charges. Actual pricing will be provided by our customer service representatives:

(1) Quoted prices are in cash and do not include taxes. Additional taxes and registration fees will apply for invoice issuance.
(2) Some remote or mountainous areas may incur additional charges of TWD100 to TWD300.
(3) Special holiday periods, such as long weekends, New Year's, and the Chinese New Year.
(4) Additional services such as signboard service, safety seats, and additional pick-up/drop-off points.

With the exception of specific holidays and special vehicle types, no deposit will be required. Payment can be made after the service is completed.

After booking:
(1) Driver information will be provided to you 1-2 days before the scheduled service. If you do not receive this information, please contact our customer service for assistance.
(2) Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of TWD500.
(3) If unclear or incorrect information provided by you results in the driver making an unnecessary trip, you will be responsible for the full fare.

We reserve the right to make final revisions, changes, interpretations, and cancellations.
