Itinerary Intro

The Floating Mosque/Kota Kinabalu City Mosque
Kota Kinabalu City Mosque is base on the Islamic architecture and has given rise to the nickname "The Floating Mosque".
The mosque situated on the shores of Likas Bay with a human-made lagoon and the dome partially surround the mosque is blue and gold, feel like a mosque floating on the water and enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Malaysia.

Sabah is mainly based on Islam, and The Floating Mosque is the largest mosque in the city where is the unique cultural atmosphere of Sabah.

Yayasan Sabah (Battery Building)
The Sabah Foundation Building is the landmark of Kota Kinabalu. The 30-storey glass building is supported by a central steel column. It is one of only four similar buildings in the world and located in the Likas Bay area and was completed in 1977. Also, one of the highest buildings in Sabah currently. The building includes a large auditorium, two small theaters, an exhibition hall, a gym center, and even a kindergarten and research library. There is a revolving restaurant "Atmosphere" on the 18th floor, which slowly spins to give a complete view of Likas Harbour and the beauty of Kota Kinabalu city while enjoying the meal with 360-degree rotation.

Fatt Kee Fish Noodles
Although the Jinjin Seafood Restaurant has been renamed as the Fatt Kee Fish Seafood Restuarant but the food standard remains the same and still everyone loves it. There are only three kinds of soup base such as mix fish offal noodles, fish head noodles and Tom Yam shrimp noodles, however side dish is available such as fried fish skin, fish balls, etc., with tomato soup base will be more appetizer.

Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Mosque/Pink Mosque
The Mosque stands on a hillside on the campus of the University of Sabah. It is a beautiful mosque, from the round to the wall and from the gate to the minaret, has painted the unique pink exterior colour, sweet and instantly bursting the teenage heart.

Pink walls and carved ventilated walls express the typical geometric totems of Islamic. Every corner of the mosque is outstanding with the pink colour.

Imago Shopping Mall
Imago Shopping Mall is the newest and biggest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu open on end of 2015 with international brands.
The mall always organise a lot of events and performing. Even in the evening might have chances to see the aborigines performing.
The food court has a variety of choices as well as vegetarian. Beside of the restaurants, there have a cinema, game room, KTV., etc. (It does fun with the KTV system!!!)
Outdoor restaurants are available as well, even supper is ready for you!!!

Tanjung Aru Beach
Sabah as known as one of the most stunning sunsets in the city. Tanjung Aru Beach is the best place for the sea breeze and sunset view.

Walking under the shade of the countless casuarina trees and the panoramic view of the sea and the sky.
Sit at the seaside corridor here and enjoy the famous "tri-colour juice" while enjoying the exquisite sunset.

Slowly feel the stunning of the setting sun, different colour in every moment and will capture different scenery photo.
